What to ExpectGentle, restorative yoga for caregivers who give so much to others and are ready to reconnect with themselves—without pressure, performance, or burnout.
❋ Week 1 - PausePause the constant doing. Reconnect with the sense of yourself while gently releasing neck and shoulder tension.
Turn inward and listen to yourself instead. Movements open the spine, supporting awareness of what is needed in the present moment.
❋ Week 2 - ListenRelease expectations and build quiet strength through hip opening and strengthening poses.
❋ Week 3 - Let GoFind steadiness, resilience, and calm awareness with movements supporting circulation and strength.
