Jody, RYT-200, is a yoga instructor, leadership coach, and founder of True North Solutions, LLC. Her work is rooted in empathy, intuition, and lived experience, with a deep understanding of what it means to consistently show up for others while navigating the balance of tending to oneself.
With over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations, Jody brings a calm, grounded presence to her style of teaching. She holds advanced degrees in Human Resources and Organizational Management and is an ICF-trained coach, with formal training in massage therapy and shiatsu (balancing the body’s energy flow). These diverse experiences inform her integrated approach to creating supportive, non-judgmental spaces for reconnection with oneself without pressure or performance. Her yoga classes use intentional movement and awareness as a tool to shift out of constant “doing” into a more steady, sustainable way of being.
